What is the IUFP and Why is it Ideal for School Leavers?
The IUFP is a full-time, pre-degree foundation programme designed especially for students who have just completed secondary school.
The IUFP allows you to:
- Progress to university in just 9–12 months
- Gain academic skills needed for university success
- Prepare for international teaching and assessment styles
It’s a fast-track option for motivated students who are ready to move forward.
Many students worry when results come out, especially if they didn’t meet traditional university entry requirements.
You can apply for the IUFP if you:
- Are 16 years or older
- Have completed Grade 12 or O levels or As Level
- Have at least five credits, including English and Mathematics (or equivalent)
This makes the IUFP a real opportunity for students who want to keep progressing without repeating school.
Recognised and Trusted Internationally
The IUFP is an ATHE Endorsed Programme.
ATHE is regulated by Ofqual (UK), which oversees qualifications in England.
When you successfully complete the programme, you receive:
- An ATHE Certificate of Completion
- Official IUFP results used for university progression
