This May 2015, Kaplan International Colleges (KIC) offers fast track programmes in subject areas such as Business, Law, Social Sciences, Hospitality and Tourism. KIC has collaborated with top universities in the UK to provide foundation programmes to international students in preparation for a higher education in UK Institutions. These courses will boost your academic skills, subject knowledge and your English language skills. The programmes run for two (2) terms from May to December 2015. Upon successful completion, students can progress to the next level either in January or September 2016.

Here are the fast track courses which will start on May 2015 at the following KIC colleges around the UK.

Foundation Certificate in Business, Law and Finance at Bournemouth University International College: With this course, you will study the fundamental topics of business organisations and finance. Students can then proceed to an International Year One in Business in September 2016 at Bournemouth University within the subjects of Business, Law and Finance. For entry, students are required to have an IELTS score of 5.5 (with a score of at least 4.5 in all bands).

Pre-Master’s in Business, Law and Finance at Bournemouth University International College: This is a postgraduate preparation course where you will learn the basics of business principles and strategies, marketing, accounting, and finance. Specifically, Global Corporate Marketing Strategies and Economics and Finance. Students can move onto year one postgraduate degree at Bournemouth University in January 2016. For entry, students are required to have an IELTS score of 5.5 in all bands.

Graduate Diploma in Business, Law and Social Sciences at Kaplan International College London: This is a postgraduate preparation course that will provided a solid foundation for a postgraduate degree such as Finance, Banking and Insurance, International and Commercial Dispute Resolution Law and Marketing Communications. This foundation leads to a degree at the University of Westminster in January 2016. For entry, students are required to have an IELTS score of 5.5 in all bands and have finished at least three (3) years of higher education.

Foundation Certificate in Business, Law and Social Sciences at Nottingham Trent International College: In this course, you can learn business topics such as Economics and Statistics and enhance your academic skills in research and analysis. Students can then proceed to an International Year One in Business at Nottingham Trent University, in January 2016. For entry, students are required to have an IELTS score of 5.5 (with a score of at least 4.5 in all bands).

Graduate Diploma in Business at Nottingham Trent International College: This is a postgraduate preparation course that will cover principles of business and management as well as improve our English language skills. This diploma leads to a postgraduate degree at Trent University in Business, in January 2016. For entry, students are required to have an IELTS score of 5.5 in all bands.

Foundation Certificate in Business, Hospitality, Tourism and Social Sciences at University of Brighton International College: This course will let you specialise in business or tourism and leads to International Year One in Business or Tourism in January 2016 at the University of Brighton. For entry, students are required to have an IELTS score of 5.5 (with a score of at least 4.5 in all bands).

Foundation Certificate in Science and Engineering at University of the West of England, Bristol’s International College: With this course, you will get to study subjects such as Foundation Mathematics, Physical Sciences, Basic Engineering, and Biochemistry of Life. Students can then proceed to a year one of a science or engineering undergraduate degree at the University of the West of England, Bristol in January 2016. There’s a wide range of available related undergraduate degrees that you can progress to such as Biological Sciences, Biomedical Science, Occupational Therapy, Aerospace Engineering with Pilot Studies, Automotive Engineering, and Civil and Environmental Engineering. For entry, students are required to have an IELTS score of 5.5 (with a score of at least 4.5 in all bands).
